It's roughly 2KM from the site of where reporters should be. Apart from Samma no local news outlet has reporters anywhere near D Chowk. Kamal Hayder from Al Jazeera was broadcasting from there a few hours ago.

Its truly amazing for that many people to come out of their comfort zone and do such a historic effort. While we living at other corners of the world and in comfort of our homes can only appreciate this great political movement.

and some even are spreading hopelessness or making fun of millions of Pakistanis who had first voted on 8th feb and today are protesting for return of their mandate and their leader!

It seems the narrative that the state has adopted is pinning it all on Bushra and that it is her all fault. When they don’t realize bushra or anybody else doesn’t matter people have risen for somebody who is in jail right now. The logic is also a little twisted from the sense that when Nawaz sharifs wife takes out rallies and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s wife goes out and protests that is halal but this is haram?
