I beg to differ bro. Pushing someone down from 30 - 40 feet height can never be considered as an accident. You cannot say that the officer had no intentions to kill.
The officer could have done 10 different things, the guy was sitting and they were 4 to 1 with no one else nearby to resist. I can go on and on.
This was a murder attempt from all thinkable angles, period.
This is the consequence of poor training given to the rangers. He pushed him to demoralise him but he was pushed too far so that he fell down.Sir that is classed as manslaughter in law. Whereby through recklessness you cause the death of another.
Whichever way you slice the cake, the act in itself was illegal. There were three of them, they could easily have grabbed him and escorted him down.
Unacceptable.
It is a criminal negligence and the rangers officer must be punished for it. But I won’t punish him for murder attempt as it happened unintentionally. Furthermore there is no proof that the man died as we saw him falling. From this height people often have broken ribs, fractures, injuries but very few die unless he fell in a very unfortunate angle.
