I have watched some of these Korean dramas over the past year. From what I gathered from these dramas, they are just as corrupt as we are. But they do have accountability, and their police system is good, and in Turkey, police saved today’s Turkey; on the other hand, in Pakistan, army generals made sure, along with their muppets like the Sharifs, Zaradriz, and Bilwals, that Pakistan police cannot stand on its feet.

I had conversation with a lady. I inquired about her city and she was reluctant to tell her background. She said you are like a brother to me so I am going to tell a secret, I used to proudly say that my “Chacha” is a retired brigadier, my sister in law is a Colonel and my other cousin is also a high ranked officer (forgot the title) but now we have to hide faces as everyone hates us when we mention it. She was telling about two of her female military officers who proudly joined Pakistan Army and now were telling in privacy that they wasted their life as despite working honestly, they are trapped in the organisation that nobody in Pakistan wants to respect anymore. People either have a pity on them or hate them whenever they see them.

Such a sad state of affairs nowadays. I can’t believe I am writing this but just 2 years ago it was most beloved profession in Pakistan.

A complete and total boycott of any business associsted with the Army.

Not just boycotting their products especially DHA's...

Best way to target them is to file cases of crimes against humanity in the western courts.

The Punjabis are not naturally inclined to fight; they tend to allow others to govern them. As the largest demographic in Pakistan, they rarely rise to assert their rights. Historically, apart from the brief eras of leaders like Porus and Ranjit Singh, they have not resisted oppression or stood against injustices.

The more they are suppressed, the more they tend to acquiesce. Pakistan’s progress is intrinsically tied to Punjab’s strength, and without it, the nation cannot thrive. It is essential for our leaders to instill a spirit of liberty and resilience in Pakistanis, particularly among Punjabis, who are predominantly shopkeepers, farmers, and labourers, rather than being part of a traditionally martial race.

Pakistan is a lost cause unless people stand up to build a nation

Perhaps. the concepts of loyalty and honour in S.Kora, Japan and China differ greatly from our culture. Be it Army or Public.

Our elders even fought against 1957 fight for freedom. Our parents give birth to salve kids. Their is no question about that. Sad reality

I don’t remember the war of 1957? Scratching my head

Did you mean 1857? It won’t call it the war of independence. Although it had many reasons, but very few wanted to kick out East India company. Some heir-to-the throne were fighting so that they can continue receiving money from the company after their powerless King dies. Others wanted more power in the region and claim its lost glory such as the Mughals and the Peshwas. It was largely fought in Indian region of the subcontinent.
