The refugee camps of Karachi set up in Malir and the country club are believed to have housed between 20,000 to 37,000 poles during their transit from Persia to different parts of the world.

Some Polish children even went to St. Joseph’s convent school in Karachi.

Of the signatories of the Pakistan Resolution 1940,
4 died before independence. 6 decided to stay in India after independence. 7 were declared traitors by the Pakistan government after independence. 2 were expelled from the Pakistan Muslim League after independence. 1 became the Governor General, and 1 became the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Both died under mysterious circumstances. This is the history of Pakistan.
