Sugar cane juice ....
locally called Ganay-ka-Rass or Roh is one of many popular drinks in Pakistan specially consumed in summers.

Its made by pressing Sugarcane stalks with added ginger, mint and lemon.

The machine pours the drink on top of crushed ice which chills the drink quickly
