The first fresh seed of Special Desi Panjeeri for the season 2025 has been prepared.

Introduction of Special Desi Panjeeri:

This excellent panjeeri, prepared with about 20 nutritious ingredients, is not only an excellent food but also a treasure trove of medical benefits. It is equally useful for people of all ages and genders, from children to the elderly and from women to men.

Medical Benefits:

It is an extremely effective food for mental and physical weakness, back and joint pain, poor eyesight, warming the body and increasing immunity against all diseases and it is an excellent food for pregnant women.

How to use:

You can use two to four spoons daily with breakfast or milk/tea as needed.


Ingredients:

Desi ghee, almond kernels, walnut kernels, pistachio kernels, cashews, four nuts, four seeds, flower paste, sesame seeds, semolina, cardamom, raisins, saffron, cumin, ginger, sugar and semolina.

Multani Mint Lassi

Mint lassi is a modern twist to the traditional lassi recipe, with the addition of mint to it.
The refreshing effect of lassi is amplified by the addition of mint and makes a perfect breakfast drink. You can serve it to your family on holidays breakfast to accompany with the filling oily breakfast usually served.


Yogurt 1 cup
Milk ¼ cup
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Mint Leaves 10 - 12
Salt To taste
Ice Cubes ... As required

Preparation​

  • Take one cup of yogurt in a blender.
  • Add in milk, cumin seeds, mint leaves, salt, and blend.
  • Pour the Mint lassi into a glass.
  • Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
