Yes, UAE's policies will haunt its rulers might be the case. However, I was pointing out that the reported deportations (of Pakistanis) from the UAE might not necessarily be due to the change in UAE's foreign policy.

The UAE government has all the right to punish/prosecute those who break the laws in that country.

This is so pathetic from Pakistan. For decades our country has gotten so used to handouts, be its citizens or government, that we openly beg, from one state to another.

This should be a wake up call for Pakistanis - its time to be self sufficient. Instead of asking for loans or handouts, start trading with other countries and base it on hard work, honesty ( a trait missing in majority), dedication and mutual benefits. Its time to stand up on your own feet. A tiny country like UAE is holding a nation of 250m hostage! Right now UAE are deporting the odd person here and there - wait till they start seizing assets under the guise of "money laundering", Pakistani elite, Inc government and military, are in for a shock. UAE is now FULLY in Israels camp - their little bitch. They'll say jump and UAE be like how high? We all know what the Zios think of us, they have openly declared us their enemies. The world is changing before our eyes, especially ME. Pakistanis need to wake the F up and for starters, start working from dawn to dusk - like the rest of the world. 6 billion is nothing. It is a joke. Yes it is a big deal for Pakistan today because it doesn't have other means of generating revenue. For any other medium sized country 6 billion dollar is truly a small amount. 6 billion dollars that mostly Pakistani workers earn through exploitation and racism.

I am afraid Pakistan will be in this economic mess for a long time to come. Even in years to come Pakistanis would probably be saying that we need the 6 billion remittance from the UAE because we don't have any other options.

$6B is literally PEANUTS. For a country as big as Pakistan, it should be pocket change. Our forex reserves should be in multiples of 100s, but they're not. You probably know why - I'll leave the explaining part.

There is a fundamental difference. For the average person, it can change their perception of the UAE, but those in positions of power who have no trouble moving couldn't care less about the average person losing access.

its very unfortunate - Deporting use to happen before but it was equal on nationalities - but to be specific for Pakistan and specific sect is bad thing

Pakistani Shias who were deported from UAE are posting videos on Insta about their ordeals, so to put face to a name and let everyone know that they were deported for being a Pakistani.
