Col Syed Sajad Ali Shah FF ex SSG left and Maj Faiz Shaheed SSG.

Maj Faiz Akbar Shah and Col Sajjad Ali Shah, both officers in their prime were selected for the US Navy Seals course at Amphibious Base Coronado San Diego, California.

They formed part of Seal team two, class of 79, means it started with 79 students of world class elite commandos from various countries selected to undergo the worlds toughest course and the ones passed were a little more then a dozen.

On arriving back to Pak, Maj Faiz introduced the new heights of watermanship at the Musa Coy and Maj Sajjad upon taking the next OC’s charge, upkept the legacy. I haven’t heard of any other Pak Army officer going for the Seals course . Maj Faiz Akbar was martyred and Col Sajjad Ali Shah both died with their boots on.

Captain Muhammad Iqbal Khan Shaheed Pakistan Armed Forces' Elite Force SSG's story of bravery is incomparable... The whole nation was surprised at his last will, even President General Zia ul Haq... This will is also hanging in a mosque in Cyprus today.

Captain Iqbal Shaheed has received the second major honor in the name of bravery i.e. Hilal Jarat... He is the youngest Hilal Jarat holder in the history of Pakistan... He is on top of the list of honors in SSG... Captain Iqbal located at GT Road between Peshawar and Nowshera Born in village Pashtunkarhi ...

After passing matric from Government High School Pubi did FSc from historical Darshga Islamia College and selected for PMA from there ... They got commission in ASC but wanted to do something special .... So Alt Selected in Force SSG... After one year of rigorous training, he became a Kahna Mashq Commando... He was deployed at Sia Chan.. In July 1987 he came to his village Pashtunkarhi on holiday and met all the villagers.. He wrote the last will of his life only 26. Year 9 months old... And handed him over to his childhood friend Ghayasuddin and Imam of Masjid. They were advised that when the time came, they would disclose it. Well, they left for Siachan, there they were performing their duties at an altitude of 21000 feet. It was the month of September, snow storm. It was at the peak that they found raids on Rana Wakbar posts katask.... They were accompanied by Capt Salik Nawaz and Capt Rashid... So the soldiers of SSG under their leadership left for a difficult mission with blizzard from the sky and enemy firing from the front... Capt Salik Shaheed and Captain Rashid were injured... Soldiers also continued to donate their blood to Sia Chan one by one... Captain Iqbal Khan had a few soldiers left to count... They occupied Rana Post... Then they moved towards Akbar Post... Iqbal had two soldiers Nooran Shah and Hazrat Yousuf. Gone.. Nooran Shah seriously injured and Hazrat Yousuf was martyred.. Now Captain Iqbal Khan is left alone... Iqbal's leg was shot, but despite being injured, he managed to reach the checkpoint, but Jam was martyred by enemy firing... The snow storm caused this of SSG. Bahadur Sapoot was hidden for about ten and a half months and on August 6, 1988 your dead body was found fresh... You were buried in Pashtoon Garhi...
