Yes, it was a bad day for british loyalists and collaborators.
Here is the sequence of event,
1. WW1 ended in 1918 which has 1.5 MILLION Indian soldiers.
2. British gifted India with Jalianwala Bhag in 1919 as a reward for "loyalty".
3. Spanish Flu pandemic in India with 12 million Indian dead (1918-20). This was on back of the 1908–1924 drought and Famine which left people starving and weak.
3. In 1920 Gandhi asked congress to support "Khilafat movement" since that was the ONLY way influential muslims would support freedom movement.
4. Next Gandhi started "Non Cooperation movement" in sept 1920.
5. 1921 Prince of Wales decides to grace us with a visit in middle of all this at a cost of 40 MILLION $ (security and pomp/splendor).
6. Congress called for Pan India HARTAL, streets were empty. But Anglo-Indians and Parsis and Jews line up to pay their respect in middle of "Non cooperation movement".
7. Public anger spill over to the street. Bada Boom Bada Bang.

On another Note, Ukraine war followed by 1920 CoVid (spanish flue equivalent) was the beginning of the next astrological apocalyptic cycle visiting us.
WW1 started in the same region of Europe as the Ukraine war, this will be followed by a new WW2 in the coming decades.
Last time it was the US left standing of that cycle with the british empire and European colonialism destroyed.
Guess who will be left standing at the end of this destruction cycle.
Lat time it was the Nazi's, Fascist and Imperial japan who sowed the seeds of destruction and subsequent revival.
This time it will be CCP, Iran, and Islamists in M.E and Europe by my guesstimate.
