Picture of the day

We used to call our mother Amma, in Urdu ( Pakistani Language ) means mother.
Here in Basque Country, in Euskera language (a very old language, with no relatives languages) "mother" is said "ama" (pronounced 'amah'). In Spanish "mom" is "mama" (pronounced 'mamah').

I think the word "mom" is very universal with little changes, because it's one of the few things that a little child can say.

In Portuguese, Italian and other Latin languages like Spanish, the word 'love' also comes from the root 'amma-', mom meaning etymology.
