That 7.62x51 still looks like stamped

I guess that's because they want to utilize old machining and stamping equipment ?.. Cost mitigation is a necessary part of this whole endeavor.. A solid replacement would cater to all those things.. The blocky design gives Warhammer 40k vibes lol.

That 7.62x51 still looks like stamped but the 7.62x39 looks more clean
the lower of 7.62x51 looks rather changed but lower of 7.62x39 seems copy paste from CW39

Both seem to be machined to me.
