They have the right to vote like all non muslims. But, it's hilarious for afghan to claim that since not only Afghanistan doesn't allow any elections and bars half the population of education, they haven't elected a non Pashtun head of government in it's entire existence. Forget Ahmadis or Sikhs, Even the Sunni Tajiks who came into power twice, only briefly and after twice using force, Kalakani and Rabbani and both got assassinated by Pashtun dominated groups.

Pakistan has its problems with religious extremism, but come on bro, your guys make our zealots look like moderates.
