That is the standard position of the Islamic countries on Israel. If Israel allows for a Palestinian state and gives them their natural rights, the Muslim countries will recognize Israel in return. This has been the case since 2002. It's why people were angry at Abraham Accords because it ignored the Palestinians and focused instead on money making with Israel.

Why should the leader of Muslim ummah Imran Khan even consider recognizing Israel when it is already occupying majority of Palestinian land?
