Three examples in recent and semi-recent memory, disbanding of Wehrmacht at the end of WW2, disbanding and complete re-org of Shah's Pehlvi dynasty Imperial Army, and of course last but not least disbanding of Afghan National Army (ANA).
For that you need to have an existing law and order system to take in place.

For the Wehrmacht - Germany was occupied.., who do you suggest does that beforehand? The US is not interested and India will commit suicide before it does.

Pehlavi’s army wasn’t disbanded - please read the actual history. It was reorganized and rebranded - culled of his loyalists but it remained. It still carried existing troops

The ANA was replaced by another force in the Taliban.

How do you expect to do that in Pakistan?

Extremist is a relative term. Those protecting and shilling for colonial jamedars and defending their unconstitutional and illegal fascism are the real extremists.
And the tape recording starts again.. nothing more to contribute than one repetitive idea around which all other flawed fantasies rather than pragmatic solutions come out

Similarities are uncanny! **From Omar Suleiman's facebook page**

Correct the same charges, and this time, police from a different jurisdiction, Mianwali, came to besiege the court.
When this is over, this will provide examples for laws to be passed to prevent double jeopardy. What’s happening now is literally an exercise in Nation rebuilding; the old ways are being done so much that new laws will have to be passed to protect freedom of speech and double jeopardy.

Learning from their Zionist masters' playbook
I wouldn’t go that far, but seems like something out of East Germany. It’s not that they view the people as a foreign population, the way the Israelis view the Palestinians, but rather a subject population of their own people that should stay in line, unless they get rich, and then they should pay higher taxes and then get back in line.

As we can see with the Sharif and Bilawal supporters, when this is over, there will remain people that will long for the current set up.

This is also unfair to East Germany, because they still tried to provide enough services to try to keep people somewhat content. The current situation in Pakistan doesn’t even have an incentive to try to raise living standards.

Some combo of all three, I never said disbanding was the only choice, if it can't be disbanded then needs to be heavily purged of colonial jamedar legacy.

Solution(s) crafting requires one single most imperative, recognition of the problem. You are failing at even doing that, despite repeated playing of tape recording...

This is an institutional problem not one of individual, something people are still failing to grasp.
Societal problem.

Give the average Pakistani wealth and power in Pakistan and see what he becomes, a person without principles, exploitative, oppressive towards anyone he deems weaker.

Well - muslims did Hudaybiya the first time they were stopped from Hajj.

But in this case the situation is much much worse - not more so for Imran Riaz’a Hajj.. whatever his intentions are his own.. but the fallout from the follies of the establishment and their corrupt buddies PDM is so that at this point the educated middle class is divided into three camps mainly; those that have a vested connection or interest in the military or PDM and blindly make hypocritical statements to cover their own profit, a blind PTI camp that chooses to ignore the follies of their own leader in reaching this outcome, and the a camp that couldn’t care less and have decided they don’t want anything to do with Pakistan as a state other than trying to survive - they wont shed a tear if Pakistan breaks up and secretly do wish for it just so things change.
And there is one type who talk shit and think they ace… they forget what cruelty is happening with the Pakistaní people

Our elders and our education system failed us as nation . Where taking pictures with and inviting corrupt people in family festivals is a source of pride

Pakistan will require a strong-willed PM & President to set the ship straight. But more so it will require a strong culling of various departments. When I say culling, I'm not talking about firing people from their jobs but removing heads between the shoulders.

Look at the link below; these are the sort that need to be shot dead on the spot.
