Seriously though, one should look at what the High Court Order about visitation rights actually says, and then see how the applicable rules determining how such visits can be conducted taken into account, so that the legal process is applied fairly.

Nobody should have an issue with that.

Let those making the claims that the visits are being denied show the actual order and what it says first to prove where the violation is actually happening. After all, such visits are governed by a set of rules that the High Court is well aware of.

I am sure that Imran's strategy includes presenting him, his party, the women folks in his family as victims, along with using the resources of the K-P govt and using the Pashtun ethnic card. The more the chaos, the more the anarchy, the worse the Pakistani economy, the more Pakistan faces violence from India and Afghanistan, the more there are comparisons with East Pakistan, the better. There is no question in my mind about that strategy. But it is almost certainly not going to work.

But still--legality or not--his sisters along with his personal servant of the K-P Chief Minister along with his sons should be allowed all the access they ask for. Imran is a has-been; just dug his own grave by further proving his stupidity by boycotting the By-Elections. So defuse the situation.

2. how often do you read books, other than history books!
3. when was the last time measured the weight of your any bad deed?
4. were you given any serious respon. by your organization where you had worked?
5. can you live without any serious desire of money, can you live without luxury?
