I don’t know about you but doesn’t it feel that this current system is showing initial signs of cracks ? Maybe IKs aggressive stance is finally having an impact ? The field marshal is sitting in ghq meeting with a bullet proof glass tells me that he is getting crazy paranoid and does not trust even is direct reports
…it feels that the current system is unraveling

Whenever a crime is committed, or an event happens, there's always some suspects you narrow yourself down to, based on circumstantial evidence, preceding events, and motive.

And then you eliminate them if evidence points to someone else.

If the government can send a demarche to an ambassador against a woman who says "Zia Ul Haq plane crash main mara tha, yeh shayed car crash main mar jaye", then suspecting the people who have sent out a warrant for you and failed isn't out of the realm of possibility.

What's so hard to comprehend here? I am genuinely confused since the past few days as to your line of questioning.
UK has responded in fact slapped us saying their departments are independent.

"A spokesperson for the British High Commission responded to the demarche by emphasizing that police and prosecution in the UK operate independently from the government.

The spokesperson further stated that if any foreign government suspects a crime on British soil, evidence should be presented to the police liaison, and the material would be examined in accordance with British law."

This won't be the first time the Pakistani government has fired off a childish demarche that is worthy of such a slapdown, but this exactly the point I was making to @Jango earlier: It is better to wait for the UK authorities to complete their investigation into this attack and not come to any premature conclusion, no matter how attractive they might appear to be in the heat of the moment.

May be saner heads are finally speaking up?

"The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) UK chapter has removed a post on X featuring a video containing provocative remarks against Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir during a PTI protest held outside the Pakistani consulate in Bradford.

In a post on X, the party clarified that it does not endorse any unlawful actions and urged “independent citizens” to “measure their remarks to avoid any misunderstandings.”"

But we are not the government. We can speculate, such as, to why the UAE head visited us after the Libyan deal. Similarly, if there is a crime we can discuss, debate or speculate.
Though if we are tweeting or something (social media), then we should be more careful and wait for official thing etc (even those can be news). Defencepk.com is like a close group, just like we have a WhatsApp group.

No, it does not.

Maybe IKs aggressive stance is finally having an impact ?

Or may be not.

he is getting crazy paranoid and does not trust even is direct reports

And you would know this how exactly?

…it feels that the current system is unraveling

That seems more like a fervent wish, and that is about all.

All of the above ramble needs supporting and assessable evidence to evaluate.

Of course, but please know that speculation does not mean much in the real world. The only problem is that such social medica tend to self-conglomerate into echo chambers where only one particular viewpoint is enforced above all else, including PDF, and any points of view to the contrary are attacked without regards to any merit.

So that renders any such one-sided discussion, debate or speculation utterly useless.

And then there is also this, which suggests that PTI is trying yet again to mobilize street protests. Well, let us see how they fare this time:

"In separate remarks to the media, Afridi had said he was in Lahore to launch a mass street movement on the instructions of Imran, urging the masses to prepare themselves and confront oppression and fascism without making mistakes."

It's all in your head which is full of air.

875 days of "aggressive stance" by Cartoon-e-Azam Imran Khan.

Not even one Shaikh Chilli has participated in Cartoon-e-Azam Imran Khan's "Jail Baro Tehrik". Horrible followers.

We cannot avoid that. Fighting/countering a popular opinion/trend (right or wrong) is useless. Previously, it was a military tilt, and now it is IK leaning era. Yes, dissent can raise objections to make a point.

Lastly, the maturity level/age/consciousness is very diverse. We have a few Boomers, but we have many Gen X and Gen Y. So, our response to a single news is very different.
