after having a nice hearty meal , the sons are ready to plead their case to the Americans.

Sure, they can do that all they want, but the problem is that they have no case to plead.

The ICJ does not have jurisdiction, and why would the same entity that IK lambasted as having him kicked out help him out now, even unofficially? Unless, of course, IK offers them something in return. Which, of course, would make IK a pawn of the Unholy Umreekis too.

Interesting, no? :D

Whether or not someone eats pork is a personal matter, and the choice to do so (or not) should be of no concern to anyone else. Bringing up someone’s diet only undermines the more substantial argument about invoking U.S. help while simultaneously claiming they were behind IK’s ouster in the first place..

On a slightly different note, though, Jinnah had a fondness for ham sandwiches, even during Ramadan. But then again, he gave us Pakistan. So, what do we make of that?

Even more importantly, what would it take for USA to support IK now after removing him earlier, if that claim is accepted to be true, just for argument's sake? What could IK offer that would make such a change possible?

He will keep killing the bloody civilians until these civilians rise up like the Baloch and Pashtuns.
Time for a revolution ..army needs to go to barracks and they will not do it on their own …awaam needs to rise up..I mean all of the awaam ..once we have 50milion people on the street it is game over

In Turkey, the people succeeded because it wasn’t a battle between the army and civilians, but rather a faction within the army attempting to seize power, which was resisted by the loyalists in the military, supported by the people. In contrast, the situation in Pakistan is vastly different. Here, it isn’t simply civilians rising against the million strong mercenary force of the Pakistan Army, heavily armed and backed by countless law enforcement agencies, bureaucrats, the judiciary, and puppet politicians...... all with the blessing of international powers. There’s no comparison to be made.

Civilians, standing against a fully equipped military with guns, tanks, and helicopters, supported by the entire state apparatus, have virtually no chance in direct combat.... unless the system propping up this mercenary force is seriously weakened. And that is happening, slowly but surely. It’s only a matter of time.
Agreed but the revolution needs to come within the army. Some major, colonel or brigadier or even a major gen needs to rise up, gain support and remove the top tier from power .:otherwise Pakistan has no hope. Or the other option is defeat from a foreign power but i don’t see that happening

Asking or hoping for, or directly or indirectly encouraging a mutiny within the armed forces is liable to get death penalties. Let there be no doubt about the seriousness of such a thing at all, in anyone's mind.

So eating pork with members of Congress in DC is halal now? Interesting.

Where did he say eating pork is halal?

LOL. Read his comment, and then the text below. And that is why I raised the question. I did not conclude anything as statement. :D

As Benazir is often quoted, in Pakistan, to be in the government, one must secure the support of at least two of the three A's: America, Army, and Awam. With the Awam already aligning with Imran Khan, his return to power now hinges on gaining either the support of the Army or the US. And given that IK is viewed as a threat by the Army and a nuisance by the US, it seems highly unlikely that either of them would extend their support. The efforts by Khan’s sons are focused on persuading the latter to adopt a more neutral stance toward him, in the hope of creating a window for his return to power... And this, sadly, brings us back to square one.

The inconvenient truth is that IK's return to power would lend more legitimacy to the system than his continued absence, which could prove far more damaging to the very structure of this rotten fascist system itself. .. Perhaps Imran has played his part, and it’s better for him to remain a hero, an enduring symbol of inspiration for generations rather than outlive his legacy, returning to power only to see himself transformed into a villain in the eyes of the public....

I can respect the son's love for their father, and they should do everything they can, of course, to secure his release or any other relief, as they may be able to achieve.

However, there is no actual evidence, outside of social media echo chambers, to suggest that all the claims of "Awam already aligning with Imran Khan" are actually true, so the the rest of your point about having one of the other two A's to give IK enough to return to power must be regarded as highly unlikely for the foreseeable future.

Lastly, your point of IK's return lending more legitimacy to the system would come into play only if it mattered to said system to be seen as legitimate. It does not, I would suggest.

However, there is no actual evidence, outside of social media echo chambers, to suggest that all the claims of "Awam already aligning with Imran Khan" are actually true, ..

That argument of "SM popularity" was permanently laid to rest on February 8th, 2024 when it became clear that the Awam is firmly behind Imran Khan.

And despite unprecedented levels of blatant and audacious rigging to deny him an absolute majority, Imran Khan's PTI still emerged as the single largest political party in Pakistan. Denying these facts doesn’t change reality; it only reveals your bias.
