I have told my ami that if for what ever reason I get arrested by police, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF BETWEEN ME AND THE COPS because they will arrest you for interference.
The ami in the video should not have interfered and the cops would not have touched her.

How do they know whats going on with their agent I mean daddy when they have not even spoke with him nor met him? Or are they simply saying what ever was told them to say.

It was bound to happen. The 'hard' state will never allow a level playing field.
This looks like a politically convenient way out. They knew well before the march that their arrest was almost certain, so what were they still doing in Punjab instead of being in KPK?
In Pakistani politics, when leaders do not want to take responsibility for a power show, getting themselves arrested is the oldest escape route. If the protest fails, they avoid the blame and later present themselves as victims.
