Who will not allow Pakistan to collapse? 4 Bangladesh like states is more acceptable to the world than a nuclear armed tribal country

The people of Pakistan will not allow Pakistan to collapse. Patriotism is not the exclusive property of Faujis. Rather, they don't even practice it correctly.

You are still not able to exit the notion that the army is some sort of glue holding the country together. This is just exaggeration propogated by fauj-eets to justify their raping of the country.

And if the army is forced to exit politics doesn't mean the intelligence agencies and military stops working. Rather, it will become even more effective against external threats because its not wasting its time arranging pickup services for PTI anymore.

People of Pakistan broke East Pakistan and never once looked back at Pakistan movement or two nation theory. Neither the Western nor Eastern.

Patriotism won't feed them. Feudal masters would continue feeding them.

People of Pakistan? Bhai khuda ka khauf karo.

Entirely Incorrect and brutally dishonest take on 1971. It is the Army that broke Pakistan into two. Yahya Khan was in charge at the time and Bhutto was an establishment pet.

First they refused to accept Mujibs win,

Army then foolishly did military operation in East Pakistan which included the killing and raping of Bengali civilians. Sometimes by the army, sometimes by the 'Razakaar' they recruited. My father was part of an MNC where he would often go to Bangladesh. He discovered there a bastard colony for children who were unmistakenly half pathan.

Then, the army handed us one of our blackest days in history. Right after making bold claims of 'going back to fight' and all that jazz, they surrendered en masse to a Hindu army led by a LARPing Parsi with a handlebar moustache.

ARMY general Yahya Khan was drunk off his face during the entire event. Busy with some of his cohorts.

ARMY did Operation Searchlight

ARMY fought pathetically and lost a war in less than a month against Indian (and please no fauj-eet quote me here crying about how it wasn't a fair fight or how we did well in certain sectors, Its war not a game!)

Anyways between 1947 up till 1971, literally comes up to 24 years. Of that 24, 13 were direct martial laws. 4 were arguably what you'd now call a 'hybrid' government. We are not even going to include how much influence army can exert on pure civilian govts for now.

That comes out to 70% army rule till the 1971 debacle.

Now, I was actually interested in continuing this debate but I must respectfully ask that we stop it here. Because if you are literally living in a world where 1971 is the fault of civilians, then there is no point in us discussing anything further. The Fauj that exists in your mind is not the one that I've seen in my much shorter life firsthand.

The supremacist Bengalis invested their lives in the language movement and civilian beaurocracy had long initiated secession from Pakistan before any army got involved.

Otherwise civilians of East Pakistan would have kept the legacy of Pakistan movement and continued but they as a nation reneged on slogan of Pakistan collectively. So much for alleged patriotism that you think can save Pakistan.

And had they been given those rights they might have stayed but kya karay, ye fauj sochti nahi hay bas bandooq chalaati hay.
