Old technology yes but new/state of the art Chinese military technology is out of reach of Pakistan
They are all available. Saudia has also bought their latest anti ship ballistic missile also with 2200 KM range. All weapons are available

This section indirectly answers all those who are in delusion that China takes international rules seriously. If you have money and trust Chinese weapons they are more than willing to sell you those. Even the weapons which can't be traded.

China gives a flying f--k to our western world. I agree to this. But I don't agree that China can give you just anything. China will keep its most confidential, most hi-tech, most valued technologies for its own military. Just like F-22 Raptors of the US were not for sale. There are definitely certain items which are tip of the spear of Chinese military and they will never sell it to anyone. Like type-055 destroyers, J-20s and likes. Just imagine their whole war plans depends on such weapons. It's critical for them to keep these as confidential. Selling such things to third world country is a huge risk. There's always huge risk that performance parameters of such weapon systems, other critical information may leaked out to their adversary (US).

The Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) is said to be in talks with Turkiye’s Roketsan regarding a transfer of technology (TOT) and license agreement to produce local variants of the short-range 500 km Tayfun ballistic missile.
Tactical Report has prepared a report (288 words) to highlight this matter, including:
- The status of negotiations between the two sides
- The main condition set by Riyadh for an agreement
- Roketsan’s position on the deal

Here we remember the word of the King of the Arabs, Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God have mercy on him, when he said his famous word, and here we recall: " The East and the West have agreed to digest the rights of the Arabs, and we do not care that the West is upset or that the East is disturbed, we must defend our rights with everything we have, and if the time for war comes, I will be the First of you, and my brothers and my children."

If you’re hopelessly lost & confused on the different aspects of these missile bases this should help….it shows the manufacturing/testing aspects of Base 544 (Al-Watah) with its deep tunnel system, launch pads, solid fuel pit, and solid fuel missile production facilities

The fact KSA secretly received DF-21 ballistic missiles since 2007 & even has a joint Saudi-Chinese manufacturing facility makes me question what else much more opaque & militaristic states in MENA could have in their arsenals that’s not publicly visible/discussed…..IYKYK
