AvtoVAZ earned 8.1 billion rubles from state procurement in 2023. In this respect reports Vedomosti newspaper cites data from the Tenderplan analytical system.
It was noted that AvtoVAZ’s sales related to government procurement increased by 23% compared to 2022. This is followed by UAZ, which earned 5 billion rubles from cars for the authorities. In addition, the share of both companies in government purchases in currency terms increased to one third.
In third place was China Haval, which earned 2.2 billion rubles on cars for the authorities. – Five times more than in 2022.
Overall, in 2023, government institutions purchased vehicles worth RUB 36.5 billion. This is 17% more than a year ago. The average price of the contract for the supply of one machine was 5.2 billion rubles.
Ministry of Industry and Trade in February filled Car list for French and Chinese car authorities. The list of cars recommended for state procurement includes Citroen C5 Aircross crossovers produced by the Automobile Technologies company in the Kaluga region.
The list also includes BAIC cars of the U5 Plus, X35, X55, BJ40 Plus, X7 models, which are assembled at Avtotor in Kaliningrad. Kaiyi E5, X3 Pro, X3 and X7, SWM G05 Pro and G01 and Amberauto A5 (produced by the same factory) also appeared here. Additionally, Evolute i-Jet and Haval M6 are among those recommended for government purchases as company vehicles.
