The process of finalizing the product to its optimum parameters is underway. And it can't be accelerated. It's a common practice.
Have you heard about the Russian BUK system? More than 800 launches were made to get it into service.

Maybe you do not want to see the difference or it is indeed an issue of understanding ... Yes, loosing a drone is no issue, especially not when in development and the US have surely lost a few, but to use a prototype of its most-secret and most-advanced stealth drone in a war scenario and then being forced to shot it down and still get it loose over enemy territory is pure embarrassment and in no way comparable to your stupid list of losses on an now dated non-stealthy design in service.

S-70 is not a prototype. S-70 is in serial production. It's just a bomber. Nothing special about it.
