$334 billions are direct costs. yes the indirect costs are much higher. for Germany it’s about $300 billion, in total about $1 trillion for Europe. that’s for 3 years.

the russians are not better off. the direct costs are $2 billion a day, indirect costs some estimate $9 trillions in long term costs for Russia. Putin is rich. he has the money. no problem.

Think of it this way, Russia is a net importer, and now the imports come from China. 9 trillion$ lost in terms of what? Minerals not sold are still in the ground, oil not sold is still in the ground. The losses are human lives and military equipment. Are you sure the military equipment amounts to 9 trillion$? Are there alot of infrastructural destruction.
