So Ukraine considering to launch an insurgency in Russia after the formal war is called off? Probably only increasing after Putin’s ultimate (presumably natural) demise and destabilizing Russia. If they can’t win the war, win the peace?

Some in the US want to take over leadership in Russia, directly or indirectly, to have Russian troops directed towards China.

There are already partisan and insurgency within the Russian occupied land in Ukraine. You won't hear about them but these people exist, I know because 2 of my Trip to Ukraine is for this reason and this reason alone.

Anyway, there are already Ukrainian insurgency cell operating within Russia, the last known attack is the head of Chemical Warfare Division, aka the Scooter Bomb incident last December

So we know Ukrainian insurgency cell is active at least as of Dec 2024. Nobody know how big is the coverage, I am pretty sure even Ukrainian Government themselves don't know as these cell don't usually report back and operate alone as a stand alone cell. But we do know it existed because that scooter ain't gonna explode by itself.

As for whether or not they can alter or destabilise Russia, that's another complete story.

They don’t need to destabilize all of Russia, just those top Leadership around Putin, such that the leadership succession goes in a way friendly to the west.

Btw, on the topic of insurgency, how would one track back who is directing and providing logistical support to insurgents, should foot soldier militants be captured for interrogation?

Depends on what kind of insurgency you are talking about.

If this is nationwide, then you will have a support network or even someone that come out publicly supporting the insurgency, this is the case with Hamas in Palestine (Iran public backing) Taliban in Afghanistan (AQ public backing) and numerous West and Russia backed South American and African insurgency.

Since the party is a state (as oppose to non-state party) it would have been a mix of legal and illegal mean.

If this is a close insurgency, which mean the state is not a party to insurgency, then each cell would operate independently, it will come with their own logistic and financial backing, it may or may not have a common handler, it depends on reporting structure, but since this is going to break up a big group into different small group, usually this is a lot harder to track and trace and even if you do, it's isolated and breaking one cell does not give you an advantage on another

Was that a strike against a hospital? I can see at least 1 ambulance parked up. Honestly this practice of attacking ambulances and hospitals really ticks me off.

A lot of the hospitals are used as temporary deployment points. The Ukrainian army uses civilian cars for transport. It's a fair target as long as it's used by the military.

Incorrect targeting hospitals is a war crime.

Footage of the attack of the Russian FPV drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky", controlled via fiber optic cable, on a rare Ukrainian armored personnel carrier Pbv 302. The video was filmed in the Kursk region of Russia. The Pansarbandvagn 302 armored personnel carrier was produced in Sweden from 1966 to 1971. It was created to replace the Pbv 301 and M113 armored personnel carriers. The Pbv 302 armored personnel carriers can be armed with 20mm automatic cannons. The PBV 302 armored personnel carrier has a speed of up to 66 km/h, and a cruising range of 300 km. The Pbv 302 armored personnel carrier can carry up to 12 people, with two crew members. Judging by the video, as a result of the drone attack, the Ukrainian Pbv 302 armored personnel carrier was destroyed.

A Russian army armored recovery vehicle is evacuating another Ukrainian M1A1 SA Abrams tank. The video was filmed near the village of Malaya Loknya, in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region of Russia. The tank was used by the 47th Magura Brigade of the Ukrainian army, the reason why the tank was abandoned is unknown, probably the tank was damaged by drones. The M1A1 SA Abrams tank is equipped with additional protection against kamikaze drones, but it is damaged. The M1A1 SA Abrams tank will be restored and sent to St. Petersburg.

I'm pretty sure this video is from a while back. I tried to find the video on the primary channel (https://t.me/faceofwar) that is advertised in the image and I couldn't find it.

Depends on how it's used. Entire German civilian infrastructure were wiped out in WW2 by British and American bombers. Clearly civilian infrastructure could be considered legitimate military targets.
