Putin says Russia will spare Ukrainian forces in Kursk if they surrender
Putin's claim comes after US President Donald Trump urged him to avoid a 'horrible massacre' there.

As of 21.00 Moscow time, the encircled AFU grouping has been given until 6.00am tomorrow morning to lay down arms and surrender.
All personnel of the ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION at the LBS have been informed of the order of action.
In case of resistance attempts, the enemy
will be destroyed.
