He pays 2 million rubles signing bonus ($21,000) to doctors, physicians who volunteers to work in occupied territories of Ukraine.
Russian hooligans, rapists, convicts get certainly less signing bonus when joining the russian invasion army. It’s said they get $5,000. And the prospect of freedom. If they survive.
