Ukraine mobilize 500,000 men. Still less than Russia mobilization of 300,000 men per year. Majority of them return to Russia as dead or severely disabled.

Don't worry, Russia is 5x the size of Ukraine. I pity the Ukrainians who willingly die for the likes of Biden, Scholz, Macron.

In the end their effort is useless because Russia will likely absorb Ukraine.

It’s less. Russia:Ukraine mobilization potential is 3:1. Russia has more lands than can ever use, what they want with more lands? Building more gulags?

Correct, but you need to understand that while officially the ratio of population between Russia and Ukraine is 144:40.As much as 12+ million are in Russian controlled territory in Donbass and Crimea, so it's more like 5.5:1 (156:28).

Russia could use those to expand the Russian State all the way to Polish border where they could utilize the remaining Ukrainian population for conscript.
