Ich sage zwar immer, es wird ein langer Krieg für die Ukraine, aber 2030 könnte sogar für diesen Krieg zu spät sein. Zunächst muss die Fabrik gebaut werden, dann der Herstellungsprozess anlaufen und dann haben Fliegerabwehrraketen einen Produktionszyklus von etwa zwei Jahren pro Stück. Artilleriegranaten - zum Vergleich - haben einen Zyklus von nur sechs bis neun Monaten. Sie sind sozusagen die dümmste Klasse an Munition und entsprechend schneller herzustellen.
