i believe no weapon is too late , the question is do Ukrainian that for 100 year hammered with USSR and Russian warfare doctrine can use them as effective as USA or western European or want to use them how USSR would have used them

It takes many countries to aid Ukraine in materiel, not troops. That means Russia still outgun Ukraine, and still have not achieved their goal. If Ukraine give up, it will be because of external political pressure and not of internal military pressure from Russia.
