So, yes Elon musk has 200 billion usd but it's not like he takes 10 billion from his locker and give it to poor.
India is home to so many billionaires and some of them are Ming top 10 but hundreds of millions live under the line of poverty and hundreds of millions use train tracks instead of toilets to relieve themselves.
