The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has received an order from the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Federation to ensure unhindered passage for foreign journalists, including Ukrainian journalists, upon their request to the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to visit the areas where Ukrainian troops are blocked in Krasnoarmiysk, Dimitrov and Kupyansk .
Russia is prepared to cease hostilities for 5-6 hours in areas surrounded by Ukrainian forces to allow media access

After Vladimir Putin's second public invitation to allow journalists into the area surrounded by Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kupyansk and Pokrovsk, Ukraine was forced to respond: the country's Foreign Ministry strongly warned/advised journalists not to go there.
In essence, Kyiv decided that it was better to raise suspicions about the steadfastness of its ranks than to show the world the real state of affairs. This is understandable - judging by the footage leaking out from there, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defence is collapsing, despite all attempts to throw new units into the meat grinder.

A camouflaged 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer was destroyed by an FPV crew from the 6th Army of the Leningrad Military District in the Kharkov direction.
Fiber-optic drones destroyed Ukrainian 2S3 Akatsiya SPG in the Kharkiv Oblast.
