The Russian offensive on Pokrovsk has exposed a critical problem for Ukraine, - Atlantic CouncilZelensky stated that on the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian forces allegedly lag behind the Russians by a ratio of eight to one.

This is a sharp signal of the depletion of human resources after three years of war.Losses are increasing, and the easing of exit restrictions has led to the outflow of about 100,000 young men.
