some good news for Ukraine after the emergency meeting Germany, France and Poland

Ukraine will immediately get more arms supplies from Europe.

Europe will buy weapons on the international arms market. No more restrictions.

Ukraine will receive long range rocket artillery, pretty useful to bomb russian supply logistics, command centers.

But have you ever asked why the US has 750 military bases in foreign countries. And lots more countries want the US to have military bases there.

Russia is a pariah. only hardcore russian lovers like Cuba or Syria want russian military in their lands. Unless you want hooligans and rapists in your home.
Germany in WW1 and 2 was very cruel. They were the worst nation human on earth. But now has a permanent military base in Lithuania. Imagine, the Wehrmacht was there. Now the Germans are back.
That means the people in direct neighborhood to Russia consider the Russians worse than the worst humans on earth.

The fact is not so black and white. A lot of eastern European countries have very complicated views about Russia. If opposing Russia and standing with EU/NATO becomes expensive and unsustainable, their position very much can sway quickly.
