Read a report a few days back that Ukraine has only around ~20 million population from the territories it controls. The rest have either fled to neighboring countries or are in Russian controlled regions. If that's the case, Ukraine is near the end of its ropes.

Sex Ratio: 0.86 Male to 1 Female
That means Ukraine only has less than 9 million male population to draw from, and that's including elderly and children.
