No, Russia has enough tanks to replace losses until early 2026 at current rate of loss. After then, Russia will be unable to replace losses from storage, and only through new production. Which is nowhere close to current loss rate

Russia is still fighting old style basically throwing body and recently got some success as allies are holding back but Ukraine also needs to evolve their tactics.

Anyway this was suppose to be minor operation of two days and it has turned in to two years and no end in sight with thousands dead and so much destruction of Russian hardware. Russia wont be able to launch war for a long time against good army.
