Nope, Gulf War 2 was the completion of Desert Storm. Saddam was overthrown and his WMD programs dismantled. 100% justified, and the vast majority of Iraqi casualties were the result of sectarian violence.
Afghanistan was invaded due to 9/11. The US achieved its main objective of destroying Al Qaeda.
