yes but if a war breaks out, the SK army will have a bigger standing army than all european armies combined.

what you mean they cannot afford? the koreans are more hardened, hardcore than the russians. in Vietnam war the koreans were the most cruel, most brutal. that will become interesting: the NK army fights for the russians, while the SK army fights for the US in Europe.
