The missile Russia launched at Dnipro made sure of that, with Russian nuclear forces on highest alert possible the next one will not be conventional. The entire world is witness to Putin's restraint at this childish attempt at "crossing the red line", my guess is it's a way to get back for Putin crossing Obama's red line in Syria.

This whole war is a huge failure for American strategic goals: money, prestige, reputation, technological supremacy all handed to Russians on a silver platter. After this war Russia will again be on par with America as a super power - ahead of China.

Russia can’t carpet bomb anything. The Ukrainian Air Force is STILL flying after almost 3 years of war. Russia doesn’t have the capability.

The US warned Putin 2 years ago if Russia used nuclear weapons in Ukraine the US will destroy Russian forces in Ukraine and the entire Black Sea fleet.

No one is afraid of Putin and the US has several thousand nuclear warheads.
