What's more is Russia will replace all lost equipment

States that are not destroyed (like Russia) are very dangerous post war, this is because all their industry has been directed towards weapons production

A lot of that destroyed equipment is Soviet and a lot the manufacturing was done by suppliers in other ex-Soviet states which are now independent countries.

Don't underestimate the military hit they took with the Soviet dissolution. This was not only companies and tech but also people moving away to places like Israel/US. Lots of their self-sufficiency became long gone...just as militaries started moving to more high-tech weapons.

Not sure about that one. Russia is controlling 20% of Ukraine, most of the coastline and most of the resource rich and industrial areas of Ukraine.

At a huge cost, yes, but the bigger and main loser here is Ukraine.

that’s interesting.

Trump: Ukraine should be prepared to receive less aid from America. probably.

he doesn’t say Ukraine will not receive any aid at all.

What is interesting about that? The current level of Western aid has not been enough to turn the tide. Ukraine has been losing land constantly for the past 1.5 years.

If the West (mainly the US) decides (likely) to give Ukraine less support than now, it is bad news for Ukraine.

Forget outside military support, the most important thing (at the end of the day) is manpower. Ukraine is and has always been at a huge disadvantage here.

Putin has not even fully mobilized yet.

No chance of Ukraine "winning" this war. Was clear from day 1. Ukraine vs Russia is a "unfair" fight to begin with, lol.

Not replace it with the same Soviet crap, replace it with more modern variant

At the moment Russia has reoriented it's industrial base towards the war effort, so now it's churning out equipment and bombs at a rapid rate, very rapid

If negotiations start and the war comes in a end, Russia won't stop churning out bombs, drone's, missiles and equipment, nor training for a war that has now ended

A Russia that is not defeated will be at its zenith, and will very very quickly build up high stocks of weapons if they are not being used

Such as? They are buying drones from Iran and shells from North Korea.

Yes, the Kinzhal..but most is trying to get old hardware to work.

US commander: Russia to supply North Korea with fighter jets in exchange for troop deployment

Yes, the Kinzhal..but most is trying to get old hardware to work.

They are also building their own drones on hugh numbers, same as shells

Iran and NK have just struck a deal to supply the Russian effort

Iran may be selling drones in great quantities, but it's also sold the system with TOT to Russia for the Shahed

As soon as their is negotiations, or the fighting stops this ENORMOUS supply will start to build up into a massive stock

Russia won't go back to peacetime production for YEARS, it will consider that a restart of hostilities with Ukraine is always possible
It will consider NATO a threat and they need to arm
And they will understand that NATO states will increase their own stocks and budgets

Therefore Russia will go full throttle at replenishing and building its stockpile of weapons
But this time all the Soviet junk has been used up a d the new stockpile will be new weapon's

Russia will be pissed at the support given to Ukraine that extended the war so Russia will want revenge,

I believe the 'special military operation' went very wrong when Russians couldn't steamroll Ukrainian defences within the first few months. From there on it was just a quicksand for the Russians. If we could calculate what produce Putin is achieving from the areas he control now , we might know if he is losing money or gaining from this war.

Russia won't go back to peacetime production for YEARS,

Well whatever they are producing doesn't seem to be helping much over the last few years.

It seems the only thing fielded that has made any real difference are drones...and it wasn't even theirs.

Bro imagine a first standard kid and 10th standard kid fighting physically and first standard kid equally bleed face of 10th standard kid who is still not able to throwç away first standard kid away from him...... who is the winner ultimately?

Can you imagine Nepal fighting India to the level of Ukraine and bleeding India equally? We have to give a credit where it is due..... Ukraine has fought Russia the way Great Shivaji Maharaj fought against Mughal empire......
No offence but this might be the most retardedd analogy I have ever had the misfortune of reading regarding the Ukraine war.

You are comparing a backward shithole like Nepal to Ukraine? Ukraine was the industrial, manufacturing and mining hub of USSR; which was only dissolved 3 decades ago. Highly literate and resourceful nation. Second thing you failed to notice is that since 2014; NATO trained, helped in establishing massive fortresses cities like Severodonetsk, Soledar, Bakhmut, Advivka, Chasiv Yar, Slavayask, kupiansk and more....

Russians invaded Ukraine with 150k troops and managed to reach Kiev. And now Ukraine lays waste, its industry, its demographics, infrastructure, dams, energy poweplants, almost everything. Ukraine has ceased to exist as its former shape and strength. So its hard to say who has lost more. Certainly not Russians.

And dont quote your "Shivaji Maharaj"; its corny lmao

Fact be told, Russia took a hiding in their war against Ukraine. Its economy is in shambles. Its military and air force couldn't stand up against the pressure of Ukraine's depleted Russian air force and military. Despite all its profession at being a military superpower, it couldn't fight even a proxy of NATO. Just imagine what the combined strength of NATO would have done to Russia. It may have gained a bit of Ukrainian territory which is laughable since all it ought to have done was deny Ukraine that territory when the USSR was split and Russia was the team leader then. In turn Russia lost invaluable proxies such as Al Assad of Syria who collapsed the moment Russian military support was withdrawn. Ukraine will continue having faith in NATO even if it has to surrender piecemeal territory to Russia. Nations such as Iran will understandably never again have faith in Russia.

And oh yeah, countries such as India who rely heavily on Russian military, naval and air force hardware should be really concerned now.

Okay it was a mistake comparing Ukraine with Nepal but still its a fact Ukraine at the start of war had no meaningful military compared to Russia..... not even proper air force and navy....

Only nato support is not enough it requires gigantic heart to fight a world largest nuclear power with hypersonic missiles and a vast military power. Ukraine utilized all the weapons, monetary support given by nato and managed to bleed Russia and still doing it..... hats off to them....

And yes their Valor reminds me of Shivaji Maharaj who was like Ukraine and mughals were like Russia..... so there is nothing wrong in what I said......
