Thats false, over 80% of Russia- China trade today is in local currencies- sorry we are not in year 2010- many countries are engaged in local currency trades and barter transactions, Russia even exports now and gets paid in cryptos.

I'm not saying this because i have a bias- i am saying this because what you are saying is false- if Russia needs foreign currency to import, how come its not lacking supplies from China, N. Korea and Iran?
