One of our senior members from far east keep repeating these same words for Russia for almost 2 years. These days he is rarely seen.

No, at current rate of loss the Russians have about 2 more years of tanks and IFVs before they would have to seriously scale back operations. Practically everything is being pulled from Soviet deep storage. Their production rate is nowhere near matching its loss rate.

Ukrainian are taking heavier losses than Russians. On top of that, Russian production exceeds losses. 2 years from now Russia has 500 T-90M tanks while Ukraine has 10 T-72 tanks.
