There's an air defense base which was captured and could be repaired and put back into good use. There's also a bunch of America supplied weapons like Javelin which got captured.

Russians did not take prisoners of people who shelled the innocent civilians of Donetsk city for 8 years. The others fled or surrendered.

IMO language is not the issue. Everyone can speak English these days. Even Chinese can.
