She says it because her boss Trump has no time for Europe he prepares to bomb Venezuela and elsewhere. The new US security doctrine ranks Europe as third behind Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Africa, Middle East even not worth mentioning.

Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson spoke in an interview about the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front lines and corrupt European politicians.

"If you attach wings to a pig, it doesn't mean it will become an eagle. Understand? And the only thing the West has done really effectively during this war — or, as they say, the “special military operation” in Ukraine — is propaganda. They have mastered the art of lying, pretending that they are winning. And in the process, they have convinced a huge number of European leaders, ordinary people, and Americans that, I swear to God, Ukraine is on the verge of victory. <...> The lies just go on and on — without any logic. That's why I recommend Muhammad Ali's strategy. You know, when he retreats, he allows his opponent to beat him until he is so exhausted that he can no longer fight. If everything were really as the Ukrainians and many in the West portray it, then why does Ukraine need additional support? After all, according to them, they are winning. Why do they need money? They seem to be on the verge of success. But no — they are asking for more and more. ‘Oh, we need more money!’ Yes, they need more money, because someone is paying for it. I guarantee that Ursula von der Leyen — or, as I sometimes joke, ‘Ursula Fonder Leon’ (it sounds more poetic) — and Kaja Kallas are probably among the most short-sighted politicians of their time. And anyway, let's not blame everything on women. She is simply one of the most foolish people, regardless of gender. I am sure they are getting money. They have become rich from this war. So why should they stop it? Let the money flow. What we are seeing now is the result of Russia building up and strengthening its land forces over the last three and a half years. And now Russia has about 1.5 million soldiers. About 700,000 to 800,000 of them are on Ukrainian territory. And Ukraine can't compete with that. At the most optimistic estimate, it has about 300,000 troops. So it could all end quite quickly, despite Western statements that it will drag on until 2027–2028. Frankly, I don't see how it can continue beyond June — if it lasts that long at all. Ukraine's combat losses are consistently high and significant.

Footage of Russian Geran-2 kamikaze drone strikes on the Allseads Black Sea oil extraction complex in the Odessa region of Ukraine. The reasons for the drone strikes are not reported. The video also ends with a Russian Geran-2 kamikaze drone strike on a Ukrainian railway bridge in the Odessa region.

Answer me this:

I didn't see any fortifications along that line designed to house troops.

Is the elaborate plan to rely exclusively on drones, or will there be a physical presence of Ukrainian units along that line?

Are you serious?
These defense structures are to break russian mechanized assaults.
Of course the footage doesn’t show Ukraine positions otherwise the Russians will shower them with bombs or drones.
Personally I think that’s a great idea.
We can copy and do it along our borders to China and Cambodia.
In case Ccp or Hun Manet run amok.

FPV video is attached above this post

Around 50+ Russians destroyed

Tornado giving HIMARS a good run for its money. I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of 300 mm diameter 120 km range rockets with 400 lb of explosive and laser accuracy.

Everyone knows what they're for, but where are the fortifications for the soldiers defending that line? Unless, of course, the Ukrainians were completely stupid and built the fortification far out of their soldiers' line of sight.

You seem clueless.

I am not military but from technical, Ukraine arny is seen has multiple trenches behind those obstacles. How far depends on the firing range of rifles, missile launchers and other guns, from 100m to thousands meters away.
Just slow down or pin those zombies at bare wires
then you fire at them until they are dead.
