Russia - Ukraine war part ll. News and Discussions

What are those "Dan'-T" missiles? I've somehow never heard of them before.

Russia: Reports indicate that the Energiya plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, Russia, was struck by cruise missiles, possibly Storm Shadow.

The facility manufactures batteries and power systems for civilian and military applications, including components used in Russian missile systems and guided aerial bombs.

More Storm Shadow attacks—what’s the AD? While Trump pretends to be a friend of Putin, Ukraine is stepping up its attacks.

Trump is not a "friend" of anyone.

He respects Putin because Putin is a tough guy with a lot of power whom Trump can do business with. He doesn't care about anything else.

Institute for the Study of War? That pro-exceptionalist political talking-shop run by the neocon Kagans?

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Quoting those stupid lying sh!t-thick clowns is an admission of defeat.

Seriously, I mean saying that Russians suffer 40,000 casualties a month and have made net-zero gains in 2026 is sheer unadulterated bovine excrement. Stupid nonsense based on Bandera propaganda and dodgy maps by Russophobe scribblers?

Try listening to actual military people who are no longer plugged into the LIE FACTORY. Here's a few for you to try, all easily found on Youtube.

Chas Freeman (ex-US Diplomat)
Jack Matlock (ex-US Diplomat)
Alistair Crooke (ex-UK Diplomat)
Ian Proud (ex-UK Diplomat)
Larry Johnson (ex-CIA)
Ray McGovern (ex-CIA)
Lawrence Wilkerson (ex-US Army Col.)
Douglas McGregor (ex-US Army Col.)
Daniel Davis (ex-US Army L.Col)
Scott Ritter (ex-USMC, UN weapons inspector)
Andrei Martyanov (ex-Soviet navy)
Marc Sloboda (ex-USN nuclear engineer)

Start by finding out who these people are and check their bona-fides. These are no light-weights or Russian sock-puppets. They have DECADES of loyal service behind them, faithfully working within our own corridors of power. McGovern prepared the daily intel brief for R.Reagan while J.Matlock was Ambassador to the USSR during its fall. I.Proud managed the sanction on Russia after the start of the SMO.

None of these authoritative and widely respected voices will give a flying foxtrot what the congenital idiots at ISW are scribbling in their infantile NAFO mind-space bubbles.

Ah, but who am I kidding? You're not interested in truth but in puking Russia-hate think-tank agitprop to anyone sufficiently low-IQ to believe it all, and cheering on your team regardless of outcomes. You're not a MIGA hat wearer by any chance?

I will agree with you to a great extent regarding ISW. Look up Victoria Nuland then connect the dots.

Scott Ritter? Seriously, no one takes that chomo seriously.

The lava flow most certainly does continue... inexorable, burning and consuming all in its path

Good to see we can agree on some things. Evil swamp creatures like this psychotic Russophobe harridan Nudelman (her true name) and her Arch-neocon husband Robert Kagan are morally rotted and reprehensible examples of failed human beings.

IMHO that allegation was always quite clearly an example of Dirty Ops by a 3-letter agency to punish Ritter for his deviation from accepted lines. Ritter was the darling of the Deep State when he was doggedly gnawing on every bone he could find as a weapons inspector, they positively LOVED him and the work he was doing, but when he realised the overall corrupted nature of the Empire and its filth and deception he turned against them so they decided to take him down and make an example of him as a warning to others.

As far as I know, among alternative media punbits with past government service, almost no-one believes the accusations. In teh media its only repeated as far as I can tell by his political enemies and those people who want to distract from the message.

During the initial days of the SMO, when Russia announced it had uncovered secret US-sponsored biolabs, Nuland was choosing her word very carefully. In fact, this was debated heavily on another forum that I hang.

And then, it disappeared from the public eye.

There was a lot of talk behind the scenes from reputable sources that she was the person calling the shots on aide to Ukraine. What they were to receive and when. Kerry and Dopey Joe let her run with it with the understanding that any other allegations regarding the Bidens and other certain politicians, on both sides of the aisle, did not become public.
