8 billion dollar export contract signed in SAHA 2026
SAHA Istanbul Chairman of the Board Haluk Bayraktar announced that the companies signed an export contract of approximately 8 billion dollars in the first 3 days of SAHA 2026. SAHA 2026, Turkey and Europe's largest defense, aviation and space industry cluster, continues at Istanbul Expo Center with SAHA Istanbul organization. Haluk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAHA Istanbul, shared on his social media account, "We set a historical record as a country in SAHA 2026. In the first 3 days of the fair, our companies signed an export contract of approximately 8 billion dollars. I sincerely congratulate all our SAHA Istanbul members who built this pride picture" he said.

Does anyone know if the TuAF has the right to mount its own indigenous equipment, ranging from advanced weaponry to electronic warfare systems?

Weapons yes but not EW systems not needed, the EW on the EF is topnotch. EW is sensitive equipment what nobody will give permission.
