in todays world the ew suite the aircraft has is more lethal than the the long legs of a missile. also how reliably can this mki acquire targets?

it has to use its own radar which whilst big isnt advanced enough to counter modern ew counter measures. also if indian awacs came into the fold they would be at risk of attack.

ther will soon come a time where awacs will be outdated
