On Sharaa accepting Israel, that stance isn't controversial, as every Arab state has the same condition, including the previous Assad regime.

Right circumstances mean recognition; the circumstances being recognition of Palestine, and removal of IDF from occupied Syrian, Lebanese, and Palestinian territory.

They might try but for now they seems to be some sort of deconfliction between Israel-Syria-Turkey-US in order to avoid conflict between partis over Syria nowadays since the last 2 months brokered by the US and Azeribajian.

I don´t see any intervention as long as Israel itself is not targetted.

Besides this is something Assad, Iran and Russia their babysitters failed to gain deconfliction over Syria. It was a free for all Syria in 40 years
