Israel Iran turkey and every other Arab or Muslim country that instead brought unity to a country kept it divided.
Iran failed simply they intervened to save bashar instead of using that intervention into forcing him to relinquish control to moderates who could have made Syria into something great if they had done that would have been a huge black eye on many Muslim and Arab heavyweights.
Turkey only interested in Syria is making sure the Kurds never gain independence they don’t care whose on top as long as they make sure that never happens.
Israel is just a joke here they are “saving” Druze but committing daily atrocities in Gaza that would make even the most hardened isis member look in awe they are only intervening to make another buffer with Druze armed and trained by them.
In short Syria is facing
for a long time until Muslim and Arab powers come together and say enough is enough and work together

How is Turkey dividing Syria?
If Turkey didn't intervene, there wasn't any Syria left because the PKK and the US has almost declared “Kurdistan” in entire Northern Syria (it was planned at the same time when the Kurds of North Iraq declared independancy but failed).
The Iranians and Russians never took any action against the Kurds in North Syria because of the US troops.
I have no proof but i think that Turkey is also disabling Alawite and Druze dreams about a Alawite State at the coast or a Druzistan in the south.
A united Syria has much more benefits for Turkey than a divided one (more trade, less borderclashes, siging agreements with just one party etc).
There are 3 things what Erdogan always keep saying for 12 years now:
1. We reject a war against Iran.
2. We support Syrian territorial unity.
3. Alcohol and tobacco are bad.

Turkey's presence in Syria is at the request of the Syrian govt which has popular support of the majority of Syrians, something Iran never had. Turkey isn't bringing foreign militias to murder Syrians with Barrel bombs and attacks and bringing foreigners to come and displace Syrians and take the land and settle it, like Iran did in Damascus with its demographic changing plots.

1. We have been invited by the Syrian government.
2. There is significant public demand within Syria for our presence to aid in the reconstruction of state institutions that have been destroyed by the actions of the Iranian regime.
3. There is the Adana Agreement that allows Turkiye to intervene.
We are not the same and this is why the people of the Islamic World and the West treat us differently.
