No such agreement exists. What Turkey does in Syria is between Turkey and the Syrian govt, a 3rd state will not dictate the affairs of Turkey in Syria, If Turkey does something or doesn't do something in Syria, its b/c Turkey wants to or doesn't want to, and at the time of Turkey's choosing.

Turkey does not wants to confront Israel in Syria because the IDF has much better technology than Russia and can fight well enough. Trump prevented assassination of the current Syrian President but this decision was in part contingent on normalization of bilateral relations between Syria and Israel and reducing tensions between Israel and Turkey by extension. Both Israel and Turkey are developing new weapons and both have cards to play in Syria as there are different communities in Syria. The IDF is also within striking distance of Damascus. I predicted collapse of the Axis of Resistance in the region due to war with Israel and I believe that Syria cannot afford another war and should focus on rebuilding and normalization with its neighbors. Diplomacy is always an option to sort out different problems in time. I hope that Syria can stand on its own feet, find stability and have a better future.

Its not, that entity is going to fall, its literally despised by everyone in the region, and even internally things are becoming untenable even when you don't factor in the Palestinians, the Zios are fighting amongst themselves, there is a conflict brewing between the Hiloni and the Haredi zionists. The only reason that entity exists is b/c of American patronage and that itself is not permanent.

They want you to believe that its the "end of history" as if what currently exists, will exist till the end of time, but history itself is a refutation of that. For example, the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem itself existed for 100-200 years, lasting twice if not 3 times as long, yet Salhuddin came. There is no permanence in this world.
