Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

It's more than only the beard, it's ideology and the songs along with it.

The only armed forces in the world listed as terrorist is Iran. the so-called Iranian revolution guard corps or something.

There is no ideoloy vetting in the army as long as one is muslim and pledges loyalty to the armed forces. He will be under direct command of a senior officer

They call themselves Ahmadis... THey do exist..

Yeah and the "Wahabis" called themselves the al Muwahhidun. Until in later waves where they adopted the term Salafis from Rashid Rida.

A more neutral term for them is "The Najdi Dawah" which is what Nasruddin Albani used to refer to them as.

And no the term doesn't originate from the Ottomans, it originates from ironically MIAW's older brother Sulayman ibn Abd al-Wahhab who himself was a Hanbali Athari theologian.

You are reaching for straws. Everyone who is muslim is al Muwahhidun.

Try to understand the term and there is no sect by that name period.

@Falcon29

Have you ever heard of al Muwahhidun sect? this does not exist

Israel put IRGC on that list. Why do your ideas mostly align with Israeli interests? be open and honest about it..

SCO doesnt consider IRGC as terrorists. Only some wahabi fools and Israelis consider our army as terrorists.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) officially prioritizes fighting:
  1. Terrorism
  2. Separatism
  3. Extremism

Can someone give me an unbiased update about the situation in Syria after the fall of Assad so far? I thought Assad was the bad guy
Thank you
He was, and was kicked out of the country along with his Iranian backers thankfully. There are still some Assad loyalists and gangs/militias still fighting and agitating the newly forming Syrian state, the situation is still very fragile and fluid, the country is still not really that secure or stable, its only been 6 months since a 13 year civil war has somewhat ended (although there is still a Kurdish militia faction under US control occupying the east of the country).

You can also bet Israel and other intelligence are doing their best to arm criminal factions and supporting them in order to keep Syria in a state of weakness, infighting, and insecurity. Its hilarious that the same Assad partisans, and his Iranian and Shia sectarian supporters were all claiming Al-Sharaa (Jolani) as being a Zionist and an Israeli supporter just because he dared fight against their favorite brutal oppressor Assad, the same regime that terrorized us for 50 years straight, and dismissed all our suffering like it means nothing, is now being bombed. They literally have to do mental gymnastics to try to justify supporting their Assad tyrant. And now that he's being bombed by Israel all the sudden, that BS propaganda narrative is being shattered. It should really tell you what their true motive is in propagating those lies constantly, anything to support their beloved dictator goes, no matter how non-sensical.

And ofcourse to those Iranians and non-Syrian, it literally means nothing to them that millions of Syrians have died, been tortured and displaced from their homes for 5 decades, why would they care if we were are the ones being brutalized, its not their families and relatives after all, so they will keep on lying and gaslighting to you how Assad being overthrown is actually really bad for Syrians and its future, and things are so much worse now and how this was all just a Zionist master plan. Don't buy their BS propaganda, you'll hear it a lot from foreigners, especially Iranians that are still sour their favourite butcher was kicked out of power and now they don't control our country like they used it. They are more than happy to sacrifice millions of Sunnis and Arabs to extend their power and leverage outside their borders, no matter the cost to others. But if you expect them to actually fight Israel directly and suffer losses at home themselves, well lol, they aint gonna last much before they immediately cry for a ceasefire. They're willing to sacrifice everyone else for their power struggle, just not themselves.

It was the US who did it not Tel Aviv and it was like way back from the late 00s

Maybe in Pakistan (@Pakistani member can answer me), but I asked this to @hyperman because he has more knowledge about Turkish army.

Are you asking about a beard? I'm not really sure what the question is asking. I have no issues with a beard, but there are stricter legacy era restrictions with the Army, historically they didn't even allow wives to attend military events of their husbands if they wore headscarves, but that restriction was removed.

Not really sure what the question is.

With regards to some songs being sung and their contents, thats been known to happen and sometimes people have been disciplined sometimes things have been lax.

Regardless, Turkey is not Syria, nor is Turkey Iran or whatever. Nor does Syria need to be like Turkey or Iran or whatever. Ultimately this is for the Syrians as its their business, the only obligation Syria has is its UN/International obligation as a UN member state.

Salafist style beards + salafist "ideology"/expression of it while serving + mocking songs against any sect or ethnic group.

US=directed by Tel-Aviv interest groups/AIPAC. They sanctioned Albanese because of her report "economy of genocide".

What I hate about Iranian political views is that it is narrow minded and the world is very small and everything is about Tel Aviv and nothing else all your talking points circle back to that and sometimes is annoying.

We are currently living in a era where the US has the world hegemony supported by it´s European vassal states this is the reality we live in but you guys ignore that.

The Americans won WW2 and set a world order from there on and beat soviet union in the cold war

Brother, just b/c you aren't familiar with something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If you would like to see the term open up Kitab al tawhid, where MIAW himself refers to him and his followers as al Muwahhidun. If you don't want to do that, you can look at the term on wikipedia.

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wahhabism&useskin=vector#Name_and_definition

This isn't "straws" this is having basic knowledge of the Najdi Dawah manhaj and history.

You can have beards in many armies, infact Turkey is unique in having the regulations of beards in the region.

With regards to songs, there have been plenty of songs or statements that were incorrect by clean shaven soldiers, thats in every army, of course it not good, but its not out of the ordinary.

Idk why would are allergic to beards the IRGC has beards, and all of Iran's ruling apparatus has beards. There is no issue with aesthetics here.
